Current Vacancies

Full-time | Permanent | Dublin

As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage a specialist desk within one of our four sectors — Manufacturing, Logistics & Driving, Construction, or Healthcare. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle: developing client relationships, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview and offer process, and ensuring every placement is a long-term success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of client accounts in your specialist sector
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns from briefing to placement
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
  • Conduct candidate screening calls and prepare profiles for client review
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and support onboarding
  • Meet and exceed personal billing targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing B2B role (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and in meetings
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Organised and able to manage multiple roles and relationships simultaneously

Building and managing a client and candidate portfolio across the UK market. Specialist focus in Manufacturing, Logistics, or Healthcare. Same role as the Dublin position — operating from our Skylines Village, E14 office and covering the UK market.

A pure new business development role — identifying, approaching, and converting employers in our target sectors into long-term Perform Recruitment clients.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and target potential employer clients in Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, and Healthcare
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Book and attend client meetings to present Perform Recruitment's services
  • Negotiate terms of business and onboard new clients
  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to hand over new accounts smoothly
  • Attend sector events and employer networking forums

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional services (preferred)
  • Confident presenter — comfortable at HR Director and MD level
  • Hunter mentality — self-motivated, persistent, resilient
  • Knowledge of the Irish employment market is an advantage
